We make every effort to keep the store updated with the most current inventory. Sometimes, however, someone may place an order for an item that has sold out minutes before. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Since the website is updated frequently, please empty your cache before you start shopping so that you may shop from the most recent version.
Sizing of clothing is standard US sizing.
Since different manufacturers have different sizing mechanisms, we advise you to refer to our sizing comments on the product page to determine your size for that manufacturers clothing.
Sales or discount prices may not be used in conjunction with other discount offers. Please contact us by email with any questions.
Our commitment is to the absolute best shopping experience for our customers.
All items must be returned in new, unused, re-sellable packaging with a copy of the original invoice within 20 days of invoice for US customers and 30 days for UK Customers and other orders outside of the US.
No return authorization is needed, but you must complete the necessary return form that arrived in the shipment. Clothing items must be unworn with all tags attached. Due to health restrictions, all swim items cannot be returned or exchanged (with the exception of wetsuits.) Sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
If product is returned that is not in a re-sellable or unworn condition, Poppy Sports will return product to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Poppy Sports will cover shipping charges, both back and forth, in the event of a defective, damage during shipping, or improperly shipped items.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Poppy Sports, unless otherwise noted. Upon the receipt of your return or from the date of cancellation, Poppy Sports will contact you via email. We will work to return or exchange the product as soon as possible. Please allow one billing cycle, from the date of email confirmation of return or cancellation, to receive credit adjustments.

US Shipping Information
Shipping costs are set on a per order basis. Regular shipping within the United States may take up to 5-10 business days, but we usually ship turn around orders much quicker. If you have a specific question regarding delivery times, please contact us by email.

Customs
All customs forms, VAT and duty charges are taken care of from our end meaning you can sit back and plan your next sporting adventure while your package is delivered right from our warehouse right to your front door.
Duties and VAT
Please note that while we keep shipping costs as low as possible we are legally obliged to charge 17.5% VAT to all orders into the UK where applicable, as well as import duty charges where applicable. Sorry folks, but these charges are non-negotiable. However, we are confident that even with these necessary charges, you will be thrilled with the performance quality, US pricing, and selection of our clothing.
If you envisage shipping regularly from our site, or indeed any other US online retail site, consider setting up your own Bundle Box to consolidate your own shipments from the US.
UK Shipping Times International Air Freight:n average 8-10 business days dependent on timing of flights.
Poppy Sports reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. In this event, the customer will be notified. If shipping and billing addresses are different, Poppy Sports reserves the right to verify information and this may cause delay in delivery time.
All website orders and phone orders are subject to Poppy Sports’ acceptance. This includes data entry errors, stock availability, clearance prices, and special orders.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
